Divided, and handed over

Frameless · 12mm tempered glass. The same office on both days — the glass set on its floor fixings with the tool bags still down, and the unit handed over with the door in the run.
Black aluminium frame. A corridor of framed screens with the floor still protected, double doors with pull handles, and a private office. Silver frame is the same system in the other finish.

We publish our rates. Both are “from” rates: the measured area and the specification set the final figure, and you have it in writing within 24 hours of the visit.

The budget way to divide a unit, and the one we suggest when the budget is tight: solid walls, painted, with openings cut where you want them. Combine it with glass where a room needs light.

Glass doors and shopfronts
Tempered-glass doors with pull handles, framed double leaves, glazed screens over service counters, and full-height glass shopfronts to street-level units.
A door is sized and hinged for the run it sits in — single or double leaf, framed or frameless — and a shopfront is set full height, with the entrance door in the same glass.
The rest of the unit
If you want one contractor from bare shell to handover: ceiling, floor tiles, wiring and plumbing, and cabinetry, quoted as one package with the partitions. A new fit-out, or the refurbishment of an existing unit.

Four things make a real number possible.
- Whether it is an office, a shop or a factory.
- Glass, gypsum board, or both.
- Roughly how long and how high the partitions run — or leave that to the visit.
- Where the unit is, so we can come and measure.
- If you already know: frameless, black or silver frame; the doors; a frosted band; whether the ceiling, floor, wiring or cabinets are included; whether the unit is bare or being refurbished; whether you want instalments.
